
Organizational and pedagogical conditions of introduction of modern management principles to HEIs of Uzbekistan
Abstract
In this article, the fundamental reforms that have been taking place in our country in recent years increase the need to reform the higher education system, and it is very important to train strong and capable personnel capable of carrying out the reforms based on the intended results. The need to modernize the operation and management of HEIs and to introduce the principles of autonomy to them has been highlighted.
