Open Access Policy

All journals published by Oscar Publishing Services operate under a full open access model. This policy ensures that all articles are freely and immediately available to anyone, anywhere in the world, without subscription or access fees.

Key Features of Our Open Access Policy:

  • Immediate and Free Access:
All accepted and published articles are available online immediately upon publication. Readers do not need to register, subscribe, or pay to access any content.

  • Author Rights and Licensing:
Authors retain copyright of their work and grant Oscar Publishing Services the right to publish their articles. All articles are published under a Creative Commons license (usually CC BY), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

  • No Embargo Period:
There is no embargo on published articles. Content is accessible to the public from the moment of publication.

  • Article Processing Charges (APC):
To cover the costs of peer review, production, and hosting, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of $250 is required only after a manuscript is accepted for publication. No submission or review fees are charged at any stage.

  • No Subscription or Paywall:
Oscar Publishing Services does not charge libraries, institutions, or individual readers for access to any content.

  • Global Accessibility:
Open access publishing maximizes the visibility, reach, and impact of research by making it accessible to scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and the public worldwide.

  • Archiving and Preservation:
All articles are preserved and archived in reputable repositories to ensure long-term accessibility and scholarly record integrity.

Oscar Publishing Services is committed to supporting the principles of open science, facilitating the free flow of information, and advancing knowledge for the benefit of society.
