Despite its importance, the implementation of inclusive practices faces significant challenges, including institutional shortcomings, faculty preparedness, technological limitations, and societal barriers. This article critically examines these barriers and proposes practical, evidence-based solutions to address them, such as policy reforms, faculty development, robust student support systems, technological advancements, and cultural shifts. Drawing insights from global best practices and examples from institutions like University College London, Monash University, Nazarbayev University, and Harvard University, the article highlights effective strategies for fostering inclusivity in higher education. The findings underscore the importance of collaboration, commitment, and innovation in overcoming obstacles and creating a supportive, inclusive educational environment.
