In the rapidly evolving educational landscape, continuous professional development (CPD) is crucial for equipping educators with the skills and knowledge needed to address the diverse needs of learners in inclusive classrooms. This article explores the principles of CPD within the context of inclusive education, emphasizing lifelong learning, learner-centered approaches, collaboration, reflective practice, and technology integration. It highlights strategies for implementing effective CPD programs and addresses challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change. Ultimately, the article underscores the importance of sustained professional growth in fostering equitable and inclusive learning environments.
