In the context of global transformations, the education system of Uzbekistan is also undergoing reforms aimed at improving the quality of training specialists. An interdisciplinary approach in teaching Methodology of scientific research is a promising direction that contributes to the formation of flexibility of thinking, critical analysis and the ability to adapt to modern challenges in master's and doctoral students. This article examines the possibility and necessity of applying an interdisciplinary approach in the higher education system of Uzbekistan, as well as the key challenges and prospects for its implementation.
