Professional Development Management System of Future Teachers
Abstract
This article discusses the issue of the professional development of future teachers within the framework of the professional activities of university teachers, which is an insufficiently studied issue in the field of continuing education. The article also provides information on a number of general and specific characteristics that affect the professional development of a teacher's personality.
