Abstract

In the modern educational environment, technical universities play a vital role in preparing specialists capable of working effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Alongside technical competence, students must acquire strong communication and interpersonal skills to succeed in the global labor market. This article explores the psychological foundations of teamwork and communication skills among students of technical universities, emphasizing their importance, development, and impact on professional growth.
