Creating A Spiritually Healthy Environment For Teaching Team Members In The Context Of Digitalization Of Education
Abstract
In the modern education system, the teacher’s role transcends traditional instruction, positioning them as moral architects and spiritual leaders of society. In Uzbekistan, this philosophy is embedded in legal texts, including the Constitution and the Law on Pedagogical Personnel, which recognize teaching as a sacred duty. However, the contemporary erosion of respect toward educators—driven by societal changes and institutional mismanagement—calls for renewed emphasis on the teacher’s foundational role. This article explores the enduring symbolic significance of teachers, advocating for policies and cultural shifts that reaffirm their central role in nurturing a morally resilient generation. Elevating the teacher’s status is vital not only for educational excellence but for safeguarding the nation's ethical future.
