Innovative Pedagogical Technologies As A Means Of Increasing Students' Motivation For Self-Education
Abstract
The article examines the role of innovative pedagogical technologies as a tool to enhance the motivation of students in humanities fields toward self-education in the context of the transformation of the modern educational environment. The relevance of the topic is substantiated in light of the shift toward a student-centered and digital learning model, where the learner’s ability for independent knowledge acquisition plays a central role. The psychological and pedagogical aspects of motivation and the conditions for its sustainable development are discussed. Special attention is paid to innovative approaches such as project-based learning, flipped classrooms, the use of online resources, digital platforms, and gamification. The article presents the results of an experimental application of these methods in the educational process of humanities faculties, which demonstrated a positive impact on students’ academic activity, self-reflection, and engagement. The author concludes that a systematic approach is necessary for integrating innovative technologies to improve the effectiveness of self-education as a key component in training modern specialists in the humanities.
