Abstract

This article explores the modern methodologies and technologies utilized in the effective organization of strategic forecasting practices through the mobilization of professional competencies. Emphasis is placed on the integration of competency-based approaches with digital tools to enhance decision-making and predictive capabilities in dynamic environments. The study analyzes educational and organizational settings where such strategies are implemented, highlighting the role of innovative technologies in fostering analytical thinking, adaptability, and strategic planning. The findings suggest that the use of competency-driven models significantly improves the ability to anticipate future trends and challenges, making them essential in both academic and professional development contexts.
