PEDAGOGICAL SKILL IN THE ACTIVITY OF A TEACHER IS A PRODUCT OF INDIVIDUAL CHARACTERISTICS
Abstract
The article examines ways to further improve the teacher's pedagogical skills by applying innovative educational technologies to the teaching process based on the unity of pedagogical activity, pedagogical communication, and personal characteristics of the teacher.
