This article analyzes improving methods aimed at ensuring the harmony of national and modern values in the process of educating a person with professional-spiritual sophistication. The article, first of all, provides for the development of the inner world of the individual and the increase in his activity in social life as the main goal of the upbringing process. National values are discussed, in particular, the importance of the cultural heritage and traditions of Uzbeks, as well as their harmony with modern pedagogical approaches. In the course of the study, various methodological approaches – such as interactive educational methods, innovative technologies and project – based teaching methods-are studied how national values can be integrated into the modern educational system. It also emphasizes the importance of applying modern didactic techniques in increasing the professional competencies of educators. As a result, the article offers educators scientifically based recommendations for the development of new approaches that are effective in the upbringing of professional-spiritual individuals, combining national and modern values. This in turn serves to strengthen the morale of the younger generation.
