
The Effectiveness of Career Selection and Career Guidance in Student
Abstract
This article is achieved by active, purposeful work with schoolchildren, identifying their true interests and abilities in biological sciences, personal inclinations, as well as building confidence in choosing the right profession that meets the needs of the city, district, village in which they live. Therefore, from a pedagogical point of view, the effectiveness of choosing a profession based on biological education is understood as measuring the compliance of a person's choice of profession with teacher recommendations.
