Using International Experience in Higher Education Institutions in The Educational Process

Abstract

This article explores how higher education institutions can use international experience to improve the educational process. It examines strategies like student exchange programs, internationalized curricula, and global faculty collaborations. Through a detailed literature analysis, the study highlights benefits such as enhanced cultural competence, better academic quality, and increased employability for students. It also addresses challenges, including resource limitations and cultural barriers. The article offers practical recommendations for institutions aiming to adopt international approaches, supported by global case studies. The findings emphasize the importance of internationalization in preparing students for a globalized world.
