The Role of Modern Education and The Teacher's Pedagogical Skills in The Application of Pedagogical Teaching Methods
Abstract
This article explores the intersection between modern educational paradigms and the evolving role of teacher competence, particularly focusing on how pedagogical skills shape the effective application of teaching methods. With educational systems undergoing rapid change due to technological advancements, globalization, and shifts in learning psychology, the teacher's role has transformed from a knowledge transmitter to a facilitator of inquiry-based, learner-centered instruction. The study emphasizes that pedagogical success in contemporary classrooms depends not only on the adoption of innovative teaching methods but also on the depth of teachers’ understanding, adaptability, and reflective practice.
