LEVERAGING INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCES FOR ENHANCING SPIRITUAL AND EDUCATIONAL MONITORING IN HIGHER EDUCATION
Abstract
The globalization of higher education has brought about significant transformations in the way institutions approach spiritual and educational work. As institutions strive to foster holistic development and cultivate global citizens, the role of international experiences has become increasingly important. This article explores the possibilities of utilizing international experiences to enhance the monitoring of spiritual and educational work within the higher education system. It examines the benefits of internationalization, discusses the challenges, and provides recommendations for effective integration.
