The article examines the pedagogical conditions for developing the information and digital competence of future educators in the system of higher pedagogical education. The features of organizing a digital educational environment, applying a personality-oriented approach, using digital educational technologies and interactive teaching methods are revealed. Special attention is paid to the issues of forming students’ professional motivation, developing digital reflection and practical readiness to use modern digital tools in professional activity. The main results of experimental work are presented.
