INTEGRATION OF VIRTUAL AND DISTANCE LEARNING FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS' COMPETENCIES
Abstract
The article explores current trends in the field of education, focusing on the effectiveness of integrating virtual and distance learning methods in order to develop students' key competencies. The authors consider the advantages of using technology in the educational process, such as accessibility, flexibility and individualization of learning. The article emphasizes the importance of adapting educational programs to the requirements of the modern labor market and the need for students to develop skills appropriate to a dynamic information society. The practical aspects of integrating virtual platforms and online courses into the learning process are highlighted, as well as recommendations for optimizing this process to maximize the effectiveness of learning and student development. The article discusses the research results confirming the positive impact of the integration of virtual and distance learning on the formation of students' competencies, which makes it relevant for educational practitioners, researchers and heads of educational institutions.
