By fostering a unique voice, expanding vocabulary, and cultivating critical thinking, creative writing contributes to a balanced skill set that strengthens students' academic writing capabilities. This blend of creativity and discipline encourages students to engage more deeply with the writing process, making their academic work both compelling and accessible. The article also highlights the practical applications of this dual skill set in real-world contexts, where adaptability and clarity in communication are essential.
