In this article, the theoretical and practical aspects of continuous professional development and upbringing issues in the education system are analyzed. The article highlights the priority directions for the regular development of professional competence of pedagogical staff, the integration of innovative pedagogical technologies into the educational process, the strengthening of moral-ethical upbringing, and improving the quality and effectiveness of education. It also reveals the importance of a digital learning environment, modern assessment mechanisms, and the principles of lifelong learning in the process of continuous professional development. The article develops scientific-practical recommendations aimed at effectively organizing professional development and educational activities in educational institutions.
