The psychological foundations of providing psychological services to stressed women and girls are primarily related to strengthening a person’s emotional-volitional sphere, restoring mental health, and increasing adaptability to the social environment. Since internal conflicts, anxiety and depressive states are more common among women under stress, the process of psychological assistance requires providing them with socio-psychological support, creating emotional relief, and forming constructive coping strategies. The content of the service is mainly carried out through conversation, psychodiagnostics, training sessions, and individual and group consultations.
