IMPROVING MODERN MANAGEMENT METHODS IN AN INNOVATIVE ECONOMY
Abstract
This article explores the transformation of Uzbekistan's management methods within the framework of its innovative economy. Emphasizing recent economic reforms, it examines the integration of modern management practices to foster innovation and growth. The study highlights the impact of these methods on various sectors, identifies key challenges, and proposes strategies for further improvement. This paper contributes to the understanding of management in transitioning economies and provides actionable insights for policymakers and business leaders.
