Abstract

This study delves into the intricate web of traditional conflict resolution mechanisms within Ambo Woreda communities, unraveling the dynamics that sustain unity and harmony. Through qualitative research methods, including interviews and case studies, the study explores the historical roots, cultural nuances, and effectiveness of traditional conflict resolution practices. The findings shed light on the resilience and adaptability of these mechanisms in navigating contemporary challenges. As communities worldwide grapple with diverse conflicts, this research provides insights into alternative approaches that can contribute to sustainable harmony in Ambo Woreda and beyond.
