To support the editorial management, peer-review process, production, online hosting, archiving, and publication services, the journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts.
APC Policy
Article Processing Charge (APC): USD 250 per accepted article
The APC is payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication. There are no submission charges.

Payment Terms
- No fee is required at the time of manuscript submission.
- APC payment is requested only after the manuscript receives final acceptance.
- Authors will receive payment instructions and confirmation details from the Editorial Office.
- Publication processing will commence upon verification of the payment.
Refund Policy
APC payments are non-refundable once the editorial and publication process has commenced.
Refund requests, if any, will be considered in accordance with the journal's publication policies.
Waiver Policy
The journal may consider partial fee waivers or discounts in exceptional cases at the discretion of the Editorial Board. Authors seeking a waiver should contact the Editorial Office before publication.
