This article analyzes the content, main goals and objectives of the state projects "Improvement of the health care system - Health" implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Within the framework of the projects, measures aimed at protecting the health of the population, developing primary medical care, improving the quality of medical services and modernizing the health care system, the role of women working in the field are gradually covered over the years using the example of Jizzakh region. Also, the social significance of these programs and their role in strengthening the health of the population are assessed from a scientific point of view. The work done and the causes of existing problems are studied.
