Abstract

In an era of digital transformation and evolving workforce dynamics, emotional intelligence (EI) has become a foundational element of organizational success. This paper explores strategic approaches to developing EI within corporate environments, emphasizing the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in educational and training programs. By examining case studies, data-driven insights, and real-world implementations, the study highlights how AI technologies are reshaping emotional learning at scale. The article also addresses challenges and ethical considerations associated with AI-powered emotional intelligence development, offering a comprehensive view of how organizations can strategically foster emotionally intelligent cultures.
