Teacher's Pedagogical Skills and Duties

Abstract

This article explores the teaching profession as more than just the delivery of knowledge, emphasizing its educational, moral, and social dimensions. It highlights key aspects of pedagogical mastery, including the application of knowledge to real life, didactic strategies, use of innovative technologies, and individualized approaches to students. The teacher’s ethical and social responsibilities — patriotism, fairness, honesty, and serving as a role model — are also discussed. The article underscores modern educational priorities and the essential role of teachers in societal development.
