Abstract

This study explores the theoretical foundations of coping strategies in modern psychology, emphasizing their significance in stress management and psychological adaptation. Various coping models, including problem-focused and emotion-focused approaches, are reviewed, with particular attention to their role in maintaining psychological well-being. Additionally, the article analyzes modern theories and empirical findings related to mechanisms for evaluating the effectiveness of these strategies in different psychological contexts. Special emphasis is placed on the integration of coping strategies in clinical, educational, and organizational settings.
