LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF ENSURING INTER-ETHNIC HARMONY IN UZBEKISTAN (IN THE CASE OF KARAKALPAKSTAN)
Abstract
Inter-ethnic harmony is a universal human value, it means the peaceful co-existence of different peoples in one region, it determines the development of the region and the countries, and it ensures peace and stability on earth. Since gaining independence, the Republic of Uzbekistan has been conducting a unique state policy in the field of inter-ethnic relations. The article analyzes the legal basis of strengthening inter-ethnic relations.
