VOICES OF THE MARGINALIZED: A COMPREHENSIVE STUDY ON PEASANT MOVEMENTS AND SOCIO-POLITICAL DYNAMICS IN ASSAM PROPER
Abstract
This study delves into the intricate world of peasant movements and socio-political dynamics in Assam Proper. It aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the underlying theoretical framework that shapes and influences these movements. By analyzing historical contexts, socio-economic factors, and political structures, the study sheds light on the voices of the marginalized and their struggle for socio-economic justice. Through an interdisciplinary approach, incorporating elements of sociology, politics, and economics, the research explores the multifaceted nature of peasant movements in Assam Proper. It also examines the role of identity, land rights, and power dynamics in shaping these movements.
