Technologies for Implementing the Didactic Potential of Artificial Intelligence in Teachers` Continuous Professional Development

Artificial intelligence continuous professional development didactic potential

This article analyzes the didactic potential of artificial intelligence (AI) technologiyes in teachers` continuous professional development (CPD) and explores effective approaches to their implementation. From a didactic perspective, the study substantiates the functioanl capabilities of AI in adaptive learning, personalized education, reflective analysis, pedagogical decision-making, and the design of professional development trajectories. Based on findinga, a didactic model was developed for integratijng AI tools into different stages of teachers` continuous professional development. The proposed model includes diagnostic assessment, personalized learning, adaptive methodological support, reflective monitoring, and competency assessment. The results demonstrate that AI-based didactic approaches contribute significantly to enhancing teachers` professional competencies, promoting self-directed learning, and improving the overall effectiveness of continuous professional development.
