Fa’’ol Borrowings In Old Uzbek Language
Abstract
In this article, among the words borrowed from Arabic into Uzbek, the verbs in the fa'ol meter and many words derived from them are analyzed. Also, lexemes that entered the Uzbek language from Arabic and their use in their original and borrowed meanings, as well as the place of use of these lexemes and expressions, their lexical-semantic features, were investigated based on examples.
