In today's changing world, in the conditions of the complexity and constant improvement of technologies, informatization of the field of education is of great importance. The advantage of using a computer is to speed up the processes in the entire educational system. Computer technology is important at all stages of the education system. Thus, innovations in computer technology ensure the rapid development of the educational process. This article presents the emergence of computer technologies and the effectiveness of using computer technologies in the educational process, especially picture textbooks, methods of realizing their didactic potential.
