Management Activities: Problem, Approaches Methods and Methods
Abstract
This article examines the activities of a supervisor: the problem, approaches, methods and techniques; what personality traits a supervisor should possess. It is also said that the ability to unleash the mental (intellectual) potential of one's team is the highest indicator of a leader's managerial skills.
