This article conducts an in-depth investigation into the scientific-pedagogical, sociological, and institutional foundations of elevating school-family partnership to a new level within the modern educational system. Using the strategic project of the Nukus Presidential School for 2023–2028 as an empirical basis, this study systematically analyzes innovative practical mechanisms designed to transform parents from passive observers of the educational process into active, decision-making subjects. The study provides evidence-based justifications for the multiplicative effectiveness of collaboration, the legal-institutional framework of the term "family," integrated cultural-spiritual, academic-methodological, and social-sports modules, as well as the diagnostic, practical implementation, and monitoring stages of the program.
