This article investigates the development of students’ problem-solving skills through the formation and improvement of a creative learning environment in primary education, particularly in Mother Tongue and Reading Literacy lessons. The study analyzes theoretical foundations, pedagogical conditions, and methodological approaches that contribute to the development of cognitive independence, creativity, and analytical thinking among primary school learners. The research highlights that a creatively organized learning environment significantly enhances students’ motivation, engagement, and ability to independently solve educational problems. The article also emphasizes that interactive and student-centered teaching methods, such as problem-based learning, storytelling, group collaboration, and creative writing tasks, play a crucial role in developing 21st-century competencies. The findings indicate that integrating creativity-oriented strategies into language education improves both academic performance and cognitive development of students.
