The emergence of Generation Alpha has significantly transformed educational management practices worldwide. Children born after 2010 have grown up in an environment characterized by rapid technological advancement, digital communication, and extensive access to information. These changes have challenged traditional educational approaches and required the development of new management strategies in both Eastern and Western societies. This study aims to compare the management of Alpha Generation education in Eastern and Western contexts by examining educational values, parental involvement, technological integration, and institutional cooperation. The study employs comparative analysis and literature review methods to identify similarities and differences in educational management practices. The findings reveal that Eastern societies generally emphasize discipline, collective responsibility, and academic achievement, whereas Western societies prioritize individuality, creativity, and learner autonomy. Despite these differences, both educational systems increasingly recognize the importance of digital literacy, family-school cooperation, and student-centered learning environments. The study concludes that combining the strengths of both approaches may contribute to a more balanced and effective educational management model for Generation Alpha.
