The development of students’ interest in physical culture and sports is a critical pedagogical challenge in contemporary education systems, particularly in the context of declining physical activity levels among school-aged learners. This study explores pedagogical technologies that facilitate the formation and sustained development of students’ motivation toward physical education (PE). The research synthesizes theoretical and applied insights from personality-oriented instruction, project-based learning, collective instructional forms, and information technologies in physical education. A qualitative analytical approach is employed to examine existing pedagogical frameworks and their effectiveness in enhancing student engagement. The study identifies that integrated pedagogical technologies combining digital tools, learner-centered strategies, and collaborative learning environments significantly increase student motivation and participation in physical education activities. The findings highlight that project-based activities, when combined with collective learning structures, enhance autonomy, social interaction, and intrinsic motivation among learners. Additionally, information technologies provide adaptive learning environments that improve accessibility and personalization in physical education. The study concludes that a multi-dimensional pedagogical system is essential for sustainable interest development in physical culture and sports education.
