System of Speech Therapy Rehabilitation Work with Patients with Efferent Aphasia

Abstract

This article discusses the content, stages and methodological features of speech therapy rehabilitation work with patients with efferent aphasia. The clinical and pedagogical characteristics of efferent aphasia, the mechanisms of speech impairment, and speech therapy methods aimed at restoring speech in patients are analyzed. The system of corrective exercises aimed at uninhibiting speech, eliminating perseveration and agrammatism, forming articulatory shifts, developing coherent speech, and restoring communicative activity in the rehabilitation process is described. The importance of a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach in speech therapy rehabilitation is also substantiated.
