This article discusses the role of innovative pedagogical technologies in the development of music pedagogy, their integration into modern education, and the step-by-step formation of learning objectives based on Bloom’s Taxonomy. It also analyzes state policies in Uzbekistan aimed at developing culture and arts, as well as the modernization of music education. The effectiveness of interactive, multimedia, and individualized learning technologies is highlighted. The study emphasizes the importance of competency-based education and modern approaches in developing students’ creative and professional potential in music pedagogy.
