Mentoring primary education professional competence pedagogical process experience exchange

This article highlights the importance of mentoring in developing the professional competencies of future primary school teachers. Through the mentoring process, prospective educators acquire practical skills and strengthen their theoretical knowledge in real pedagogical situations. The article also analyzes effective mentoring strategies and methods.
