Preschool education digital management management efficiency

The digital transformation of education has significantly changed the nature of institutional management, including the administration of preschool educational organizations. In preschool education, management efficiency is closely connected with the quality of pedagogical planning, monitoring, communication, documentation, resource allocation, and decision-making. This article examines the mechanisms for improving management efficiency in preschool educational organizations based on digital management. The study interprets digital management not only as the introduction of electronic platforms or information technologies, but also as a pedagogical and administrative system that supports evidence-based decision-making, transparent monitoring, effective communication with parents, and systematic coordination of educational processes. The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of digital management, identifies key organizational and pedagogical mechanisms, and discusses their influence on institutional effectiveness. The findings show that digital management improves the quality of preschool administration when it is integrated with pedagogical goals, staff digital competence, data security, internal monitoring, and strategic planning. The article concludes that the effective implementation of digital management in preschool educational organizations requires a comprehensive approach involving technological infrastructure, methodological support, digital culture, leadership readiness, and continuous evaluation.
