This article examines the methodology for implementing virtual laboratories in teaching transport logistics in technical higher education institutions. In the context of rapid digitalization and increasing complexity of logistics systems, the use of virtual laboratories becomes essential for developing students’ professional competencies. The study applies a mixed methodological approach, including systematic analysis, pedagogical experimentation, and comparative evaluation. The findings indicate that virtual laboratories significantly enhance students’ practical skills, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities. The paper proposes methodological recommendations for effective integration of virtual laboratories into the educational process.
