In our research work, the effective aspects of the experience of foreign countries in developing scientific research competence in students are analyzed and their compatibility with practice in our country is revealed. Also, the essence of content analysis and comparative pedagogical analysis as a methodology are studied. As a scientific innovation, methods are proposed that connect free time resources with scientific research competence.
