The aim of the study was to study acute toxicity during intraperitoneal administration of a new antitumor drug "colhametin" (K-2) in mice and rats and its antitumor activity on 2 strains of tumors, including with a smaller number of injections.

Material and research methods. Acute toxicity of the K-2 preparation after a single intraperitoneal injection was carried out according to the Litchfield and Wilcoxon method on 30 white outbred mice weighing 20±2g of both sexes and 30 male and female rats weighing 140±10g, 5 animals in each group. The study of antitumor activity was performed on 12 outbred mice and 16 outbred rats with transplanted tumors S-180 (Sarcoma-180) and WC (Walker's sarcoma) which were administered drugs on the 4th day after tumor inoculation 10- and 5-fold. The results were evaluated according to standard criteria: tumor growth inhibition (TGI), body weight and spleen of animals Differences were considered significant at p<0.05.

Results. The following data were obtained with a single intraperitoneal injection to mice: the average lethal dose of LD50 is 890 (-150 + 172) mg/kg, LD50 with a single intraperitoneal dose of K-2 preparation in rats, LD50 is 410 (-56 + 61) mg/kg, the values are also determined LD10, LD16 and LD84.

The antitumor activity of the drug K-2 on the tumor strain Sarcoma - 180 was high, 99/90%. On WC tumors the effect of K-2 reached 90/91% with 10-fold administration, and 89/89% with 5-fold administration, however, its effect was accompanied by a decrease in hematopoietic parameters.

Conclusions. The study of the acute toxicity of the substance of the preparation K-2 showed that this preparation belongs to the IV class of low-toxic compounds. On 2 tumors, the effect of the new drug was high, which did not decrease with a decrease in the number of injections.

This area of medicine opens avenues for the creation of organs and tissues using biomaterials and nanostructures to sustain their development, maintenance, and function repair in a living organism. Among the many types of cells that can have a clinical effect, of particular interest are dermal fibroblasts, which are a heterogeneous population of mesenchymal cells and play a key role in the regulation of cell interactions and maintaining skin homeostasis. Currently, there are more than 60 modern cellular or tissue drugs for the treatment of wounds, which makes it difficult to choose an appropriate, safe, and effective adjuvant therapy. Recent years have witnessed a major leap in 3D technology for the reproduction of biological structures. Increasing attention is being paid to the controlled design and production of 2D–3D structures consisting of biological materials and viable cells, the procedure defined as bioproduction or bio-prototyping. Skin substitutes obtained with the bio-prototyping technology possess a wide range of medical applications, primarily to compensate for resident skin deficiency in wound healing.

In this research work, the body weight (kg), height (cm) and chest circumference (cm) values of junior high school students (7-10 years old) in secondary schools located in some districts of Andijan region of the Republic of Uzbekistan were analyzed based on comparison. Generally accepted anthropometric research methods were used in the research. In the researches, it was found that body weight (kg), height (cm) and chest circumference index value (cm) increase in the age range of 7-10 years in secondary schools located in sub-mountainous climate-geographical zones. Based on the obtained results, it was noted that it is important to take into account the influence of factors related to climate-geographical conditions in the development of a complex of medical/pedagogical corrections and preventive measures in the development of anthropometric parameters for students of junior school age (ages 7-10).

The purpose of this study was to investigate the nature of cough in patients with different types of tuberculosis (TB) and chronic nonspecific lung diseases (CNSLD). A total of 120 patients were selected from the outpatient department of a tertiary care hospital in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, between September 2019 and December 2021. Cough nature was assessed by recording its duration, frequency, intensity, and associated symptoms. The results showed that patients with TB had a higher frequency and intensity of cough compared to those with CNSLD. Patients with pulmonary TB had a longer duration of cough compared to those with extrapulmonary TB. Patients with TB also reported more symptoms such as hemoptysis and fever. The findings suggest that a thorough assessment of cough nature in patients with TB and CNSLD can help in the early diagnosis and management of these diseases.

The study of antithumor activity was performed on 12 non-fertile and 16 linear mice with transfused tumors S-180 and ACATON, which was injected with preparations on the 4th day after tumour was administered on day 4 after tumour transfusion 10 times. Evaluation of the results was carried out according to standard criteria: inhibition of tumor growth (SRW), body weight and spleen of animals. Differences at p < 0.05 were considered reliable.

Results. The antitumor activity of the drug K-2 on the tumor strain of Sarcoma 180 was high - about 99/90%. On the ACATON tumor, the K-2 effect during intraperitoneal administration was lower and reached 76/75%, however, its effect on both tumors was accompanied by a decrease in hematopoietic indicators.

Conclusions. The study of the acute toxicity of the substance of the preparation K-2 showed that this preparation belongs to class IV of low-toxic compounds. On 2 tumors, the effect of the new drug was high, but hematopoietic indicators were reduced.

Pulmonary tuberculosis is a public health concern worldwide, and the clinical forms may vary. Shortness of breath is a common respiratory symptom that requires a careful diagnostic approach to avoid misdiagnosis. This study aims to evaluate the clinical conditions of pulmonary tuberculosis with shortness of breath and analyze the differential diagnosis process. We conducted a retrospective study of 130 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis presenting with shortness of breath between January 2019 and December 2022 in a tertiary hospital in Uzbekistan. The differential diagnosis process included the analysis of clinical, radiological, and laboratory findings, including sputum culture, acid-fast bacilli staining, and molecular tests. The most frequent comorbidity was chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). A correct differential diagnosis was achieved in 85.4% of the cases, while 14.6% of the patients had an incorrect diagnosis initially. In conclusion, the clinical forms of pulmonary tuberculosis with shortness of breath require careful diagnosis, considering the clinical context and laboratory findings. Collaboration between clinicians and pulmonologists is essential for adequately managing and treating patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.

The human intestinal tract is filled with a large number of microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, molds, protozoa, and parasites. Intestinal bacteria are divided into long-term (permanent resident) and transit (foreign) bacteria according to the time of residence and growth in the intestinal tract. Passenger bacteria remain for a few days and are then expelled. Symbiotic bacteria in the intestinal tract can coexist peacefully with the host human body, symbiotically and mutually beneficially, forming what is called the "human super organism". The fermentation of good bacteria is beneficial for the human body. The destructive effects of bad bacteria make people sick. Intestinal bacteria for humans can be divided into good bacteria (beneficial bacteria, symbiotic bacteria), which make up 10-20%. Bad bacteria (bad bacteria, pathogenic bacteria) accounted for 20%, and neutral bacteria (opportunistic bacteria, conditional pathogens) accounted for 60 to 70%.

Allergic Contact Dermatitis due to cosmetic products is a common dermatologic complaint that considerably affects the quality of life. Most cases are caused by skin hygiene and moisturizing products followed by cosmetic hair and nail products.

Fragrances are the most cause of allergy to cosmetics, followed by hair dyes and preservative [1]. Patch Testing remains the gold standard for identification of causative allergens [5]. Careful determination of allergen avoidance can result in dramatic clinical improvement.

Introduction- Petrifying trendsetting twinge may be a common problem with varied aetiologies. MRI has excellent soft tissue resolution and sensitive for detecting osseous, chondral, marrow abnormality and will be the simplest modality for various intra-articular and extra-articular causes of trendsetting twinge. 

Material and method- this study was done at our tertiary health care centre for 2 years during which 125 patients with a history of petrifying trendsetting twinge were included. Clinical history, laboratory parameters with proper MRI protocol with contrast administration wherever indicated was under taken to guage various causes of trendsetting twinge and to assess MRI appearances of trendsetting pathologies. the main target of our study was to seek out MR characteristics of the varied disease and to guage the simplest sequence for various trendsetting pathologies. We also evaluated various clinical and radiological parameters related to future femoral head collapse.

Results- Amongst 125 patient evaluated commonest pathology for the explanation for petrifying trendsetting twinge was avascular necrosis of femoral head. red blood cell disease, chronic alcohol and steroid use were common causes for AVN. Site and percentage of femoral head involvement are essential predictors for future collapse of the femoral head. Amongst paediatric age bracket, transient synovitis followed by osteomyelitis may be a commonest cause for trendsetting twinge. Contrast-enhanced MRI can help within the differentiation of Pyogenic vs Tubercular arthritis. Gadolinium administration should be wiped out all cases of inflammatory arthritis to detect associated synovitis, enthesitis, bursitis.

Conclusion- Various trendsetting pathologies cause progressive destruction of trendsetting where early diagnosis help in arresting the disease progression and prompt management of the patient.MRI is non-invasive, accurate and sensitive for trendsetting pathologies and proves to be the modality of choice within the guesstimation of trendsetting twinge altogether the age groups.

Arterial hypertension (AH) is a common chronic disease characterized by a persistent increase in blood pressure. In addition to the main mechanisms of hypertension development, including activation of the sympathetic nervous system, disruption of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone cascade, endothelial dysfunction, increased vascular reactivity, and vascular remodeling, it is assumed that inflammation is also involved in the formation of the disease. The review considers the involvement of cytokines in the pathogenesis of AH, as well as their interaction with blood pressure regulatory systems.

Coronavirus infection is considered a multifactorial disease; nevertheless, thrombotic complications play an important role in the further prognosis in this category of patients. More than 20 studies have been conducted around the world that have evaluated the optimal thromboprophylaxis regimens in hospitalized patients with COVID-19. Before prescribing antithrombotic therapy, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the parameters of the blood coagulation system. Of course, in all cases of chronic diseases, especially in the elderly, careful monitoring of clinical symptoms and the hemostasis system is required. The data of our study indicate the possibility of using rivoraxaban and acetylsalicylic acid in prophylactic doses in the absence of the need to adjust doses and drug regimens in patients with moderate to severe COVID-19.
