Abstract

The article analyzes theoretical approaches to developing socio-economic development strategies that account for regional specifics. It examines the key challenges of adapting universal strategic models to the conditions of specific territories, which differ in their level of economic development, resource potential, institutional environment, and socio-cultural characteristics. Special attention is paid to the correlation between national priorities and regional interests, strategic planning mechanisms, and the need for a comprehensive consideration of spatial factors. The paper substantiates the importance of a differentiated approach to formulating development strategies, drawing on modern concepts of regional economics and strategic management.
