Abstract

The article examines the use of artificial intelligence in conducting forensic examinations, as well as the specifics of applying artificial intelligence, taking into account the procedural significance of the expert's conclusion. Requirements for the process of developing artificial intelligence systems for their use in forensic activities have been proposed.
