Abstract
Article delves into the intertwined dynamics of constitutional ideologies and religious fervor within the longstanding conflict between Israel and Palestine. This paper explores how constitutional frameworks and religious devotion intersect and influence the narratives, motivations, and actions of both parties involved. It analyzes the role of constitutional principles and religious beliefs in shaping political agendas, negotiating strategies, and the perpetuation of conflict. By examining the complex interplay between constitutionalism and religiosity, this study seeks to deepen our understanding of the multifaceted nature of the Israel-Palestine struggle.
