The article analyzes the role and significance of social activity in the process of personality socialization. In the context of globalization and social transformations, the adaptation of an individual to society, their active participation in social relations, and the influence of social activity on the formation of a civic position have not been sufficiently studied. Therefore, this topic is of particular relevance. As a research methodology, the interdependence between personality socialization and social activity is revealed based on theoretical sources. As a result of the study, it was established that social activity is an important factor that accelerates an individual's socialization and forms independent thinking, responsibility, and civic consciousness. It is substantiated that a high level of social activity serves to determine an individual's place in society, participate in the activities of social institutions, and assimilate social values. As a general conclusion, it should be emphasized that the development of social activity is a necessary condition for the development of society, civil society, and the formation of a harmoniously developed individual.
