The effectiveness of higher education institutions largely depends on leadership competencies, particularly soft competencies such as communication, leadership, adaptability, and strategic thinking. In the context of global digital transformation, the development of soft competencies has become a critical factor influencing organizational effectiveness and institutional development. However, socio-pedagogical mechanisms supporting the development of these competencies among higher education leaders remain insufficiently systematized.
